Tony has been a public servant for the past 25 years within the Department for Correctional Services commencing in 1999. He has been employed in both custodial services and community corrections within the department, performing in various roles from Correctional Officer through to Senior Manager  in both settings.

Tony has been the Secretary and Executive Officer at the Parole Board Secretariat since June 2019.
